Terms of Use

The rules for using the CarZavia website and advice service.

The website carzavia.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by CarZavia (Private) Limited ("CarZavia", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and of the advice service we offer through WhatsApp and the Site (together, the "Service"). By using the Site or messaging us through it, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we do, and what we do not

CarZavia gives free, unbiased information and guidance to help you choose and buy a car. You make the final decision.

• We are not a bank, lender, insurance company or licensed financial adviser. When we explain instalment plans, we are explaining options and estimating costs, not offering credit.
• CarZavia is not a car dealer and does not sell cars.
• Prices, specifications, instalment figures and availability come from third parties, change often and are estimates. Confirm every figure with the dealer or bank in writing before you pay or sign anything.
• We aim to judge every car by the same criteria. We cannot promise any particular result, saving or outcome from our advice.

2. Free launch phase and testimonials

The Service is free during our launch phase. We may start charging later, but we will tell you in advance, and you will never be charged for something you did not agree to.

In return for the free service, we invite you to share an honest testimonial after we have helped you. If you do:

• it must describe your own real experience;
• we will publish it, with your name or photo, only with your permission;
• we will not change its meaning, and you can ask us to remove it at any time;
• where we publish it, we may say that you received the Service free of charge.

3. Using WhatsApp

Our Service runs on WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta under its own terms. Please do not send your CNIC number, bank account or card details, passwords or one-time codes (OTPs). We are available from 9am to 9pm and aim to reply within 30 minutes in those hours, and the next day after 9pm. These are targets, not guarantees. We will message you only about your request. Reply "STOP" at any time to end it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send unlawful, abusive, threatening or defamatory content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• pretend to be someone else, or give us false information to mislead us;
• try to break into, disrupt or overload the Site or our systems;
• copy, scrape or reuse the Site's content, or use it to build a competing service.

5. Our content and brand

The Site, its content, and the CarZavia name, logo and tagline "Challenge the Perspective" belong to CarZavia or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable permission to use the Site. All other rights are reserved. Please do not use our name or logo without our written permission.

6. Your feedback

If you give us ideas or suggestions about the Service, you allow us to use them freely, without payment or credit, to improve what we do. This does not apply to testimonials, which follow section 2.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and cookies. It forms part of these Terms.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, social media, dealers and banks. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them. A mention of a brand or business is information, not a promise about it.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information on them is complete or current. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any decision you make or money you spend based on information from the Service; and
• our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to PKR 10, because the Service is free.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. If you break these Terms

You are responsible for loss we suffer because you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Changes and ending

We may change or stop the Site or the Service, and we may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you on the Site or on WhatsApp. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the update. We may stop replying or block access if you misuse the Service. You can stop using it at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@carzavia.com. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Karachi, Sindh will have jurisdiction.

14. General

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
• You agree that we may contact you electronically, and that this satisfies any requirement to give you written notice.
• We aim to make the Site accessible to everyone, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you have difficulty using it, tell us at info@carzavia.com.
